Drawing on a multidisciplinary career, Ahmad has served as a college dean of career and professional education, a fellow at a global think tank, a senior associate at an international research firm, and a corporate workforce manager.
He advises companies, governments, foundations, and universities on critical issues at the intersection of leadership, talent development, and the future of work.

Ahmad is an Aspen Institute Fellow, trained as a futurist with the Global Business Network (now part of Deloitte), and serves on the faculty at UC Davis School of Professional and Executive Education.
He holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Leadership from Saint Mary’s College of California and a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Adult Learning and Development from San Francisco State University. He has also completed executive education in leadership at Harvard Kennedy School and professional coaching certification through the Coaches Training Institute.
