Ahmad is the founder of FuturePoint Global, a global education company that serves as learning and collaboration platform for individuals and organizations to access leadership, talent and personal development training programs through courses, experiential workshop, catalyst events, media channels, learning journeys and change labs.

A sought-after speaker, Ahmad shares his insights on a broad range of topics with audiences worldwide through keynotes, panel discussions, and executive sessions at premiere events. He also produces and pens on various media platforms, authors deep futures research, host a podcast and a leadership blog.

Ahmad draws on his in-depth range of knowledge from his previous experiences as college dean of career and professional education, a fellow at a global think tank, a senior associate at international research firm, and a corporate manager to advise companies, governments, foundations and universities on top-line issues.

Ahmad trained as a futurist with the Global Business Network (now Deloitte). He is an alumni fellow with the Aspen Institute. Ahmad holds Master’s degrees in both Strategic Leadership from St. Mary’s College of California and a Master of Education (M.Ed) in Adult Learning and Training from San Francisco State University. He earned executive certificates in leadership development from Harvard Kennedy School, as well as in coaching from Coaches Training Institute.
